B1.8 version of Advanced Solar Panels ported to B1.7.3 to work with IC2Mp!

v0.1: -Initial release

v0.2: -Added ability to configure generation of EU

v0.2.1: -Reorganized config

v0.2.2: -Aether Integration can be toggled in the config. -Code optimizations.

v0.2.3: -Added option to configure GUI IDs. -Properly preloaded terrain.png.

v0.2.4: -Shift clicking advanced solar panels will no longer open its GUI. -Fixed a bug where the generation rate of the solar panels would not change when the value was changed in the config for SP.
