More Coals for beta 1.7.3

This mod adds in two new coals Black, and Brown Coal. Also adds Anthracite, a coal like material. Brown Coal is fairly common a little more common than normal Coal. Black Coal is rarest spawns lvl 80 n below and spawns at half the rate of normal Coal. Anthracite is a little less common than normal spawns at a 0.75% rate of coal. You can make torches with all of these. Brown Coal will give you 2 torches, Black Coal 8, and Anthracite 6. In the furnace Brown Coal spawns half of normal Coal(4). Black Coal is Double(16). Anthracite is x1.5(12)
