Improved Allocator ^{Version v0.1.4}

Allocator Port for Beta 1.7.3.

This is a port of the Allocator mod for Minecraft Beta 1.7.3 to make it work with bukkit servers. I also fixed some dumb mechanics.

The list of improvements are: -Removed the logger mod as a dependency. -Swapped to Forge config. -Swapped to Forge Textures. -Used Forge to fix a bug where the Allocator would take a while to mine. -Fixed a bug where any item/block in the Allocator would be deleted when the Allocator was broken. They will now drop as if it was a chest. -Shift right clicking on the Allocator will not open it's GUI anymore. -Fixed input and output logic for tons of modded machines (from Aether, Advanced Machines, Charging Bench and IC2Mp) -API for modders that allows custom input and output logic with any any inventory.

All of the changes above apply to the client and server.

Also added in custom entries in Aether's book of lore, ModMenu support.
