Improved Fan ^{Version v0.1.1}

Fan Port for Beta 1.7.3.

This is a port of the Fan mod for Minecraft Beta 1.7.3 to make it work with bukkit servers. I also made some improvements:

The list of improvements are: -Removed the logger mod as a dependency. -Swapped to Forge config. -Swapped to Forge Textures. -Used Forge to fix a bug where the Fan would take a while to mine it. -I also fixed a bug where the fans would need to be updated to start working again after a world reload.

All of the changes above apply to the client and server.

Also added in custom entries in Aether's book of lore and ModMenu support.
