MoreTreeTaps Port ^{Version v0.1}

IC2 MoreTreeTaps port for Beta 1.7.3 IC2Mp.

This is just a simple port of the MoreTreeTaps addon for B1.8 IC2 to make it compatible with IC2Mp on B1.7.3 with Bukkit and Client.

I also added a config, ModMenu support, custom entries in Aether's book of lore and Forge textures.
