IC2Mp Thermometer Port ^{Version v0.1.2}

IC2 Thermometer port for Beta 1.7.3 IC2Mp.

This is just a simple port of the Thermometer IC2 addon from B1.8.1 to make it compatible with IC2Mp on B1.7.3 with Bukkit and Client.

I also added a config, ModMenu support and custom entries in Aether's book of lore.

v0.1.1: -Fixed a bug where lore entries would not display when thermometers were damaged.

v0.1.2: -Fixed a bug where the digital thermometer wouldn't charge in singleplayer worlds.
